What are the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in can be requested however, that is subject to availability.
Check-Out is at 10:00am on the day of departure. A complimentary late check-out at 11am can be arranged with reception prior to your day of departure. Any later check-out is a fee of $30 per hour up until 1pm.

Is Early Check-in available?
Early check in is open from 8am on weekdays and 9am on weekends however, it is subject to availability. Our housekeepers will endeavour to finish the room as soon as they can but we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before 2pm.
We are happy to store our guests luggage at reception if the room is not ready. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to book for the night before.

What is your cancelation policy?
Generally bookings can be cancelled up until 2pm the day before arrival unless you've booked a non-refundable booking.
For group bookings or long-term bookings the cancelation policy is as stated in the confirmation or enquiry email.

Do you offer a Shuttle Service to the Hotel?
No we don't offer transportation from the airport or ferry terminal to the hotel or vise versa.

How do I get to your Hotel?
For instructions on how to get our hotel from the airport, please look at our hotel compendium under Directions. There are about 3-5 pages of information that give instructions depending on where you are coming from.

Are pets allowed at this hotel?
No, We are an animal-free hotel.

Is your hotel accessible?
We have facilities that are able to accommodate those who might have accessibility needs. Please contact reception when booking so we can ensure that we can meet your specific needs.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel rooms?
We have a zero tolerance policy on smoking and vaping in our hotel. Smoking in the room will incur fees.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Eftpos, Debit, MasterCard and Amex for the payment of your booking.
We also accept cash and bank transfer as a way of paying however, these methods of payments need to be arranged with reception prior to arrival as we require all guests to provide a valid card on file when they book.

Is there free WI-FI?
Our our hotel guests have unlimited access to Wi-Fi for free.
This Wi-Fi is available through-out most of the property.

Is there a gym on the property?
There is no gym facilities onsite however, we do have gym facilities available at Habit Health Majestic which is a 5 minute walk from out hotel.

Do you have parking available?
Yes , we have uncovered, onsite parking available at a cost of $25 per night.

How often are the room serviced?
The rooms are serviced daily in the afternoon.
If a guest stays for longer than 8 nights there will be linen service in the middle of your stay where the bedding will be changed and the bathroom is also cleaned.
If you have any special or urgent request please contact reception.

Do you provide breakfast?
As we are small hotel we do not have a restaurant onsite however, we do have a relationship with a restaurant next door to us where our guests often eat breakfast. If you book the room + breakfast package you will receive a complimentary breakfast voucher to Steps Restaurant which is just next door to our hotel.

Do you offer Dry Cleaning?
Yes we do offer dry-cleaning service with an external company. For more information please ask reception upon arrival.

Do you have any baby cots?
Baby Cots are available on request for a one-off fee of $30.
We also offer baby baths and high-chairs for the same cost as well.
